What is Meditation?

I´m sorry but i don´t have the answer, you just need to do your own experience about meditation. Osho says: "Meditation is not anything of the mind, it is something beyond the mind. The first step is to be playful about it. If you are playful about it, mind cannot destroy your meditation. Otherwise it will turn it into another ego trip, it will make you very serious."

So, first be playful and celebrate!

Why meditating?

What i know is that you want to live in a better world, with peace and equality. We all want a more fulfilled life and know who we really are. We can achieve that by diving inside of our body to create external changes that depend on the conscience of each one. Meditation is a good way to achieve that knowing. Osho Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho over a period of time to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and emotions, and learn the knack of watching our habitual patterns in a new way.

In my experience, with therapy, you will be taken up to clean your mind and emotional land for helping the meditation to help you to discover who you are. Let you the time and the space to smell, to ask, to have insights, to breath, to dance, to listen the silence and let your mind germinate spontaneously.

Active meditations are very important in my interior work, because they give me support to cross my own internal barriers and to connect me deeply with something bigger. The meditation techniques strengthen and energize the body and are antidepressive.

For whom?

The beauty of the inner science is that it enables whoever wants to explore and to experiment within and you can do it in group or alone. Everyone can meditate, any capacity or knowledge is required. This eliminates dependence on an outer authority, the need to be affiliated with any organization and the obligation to accept a certain ideology. Once you understand the steps, you walk the walk in your own, individual way.

 

Many meditative techniques require one to sit still and silent. But for most of us accumulated stress in our bodymind makes that difficult. Before we can hope to access our inner powerhouse of consciousness, we need to let our tensions go.

With meditation our real needs will be assisted, therefore you will discover the immense love source inside and out of yourself!
And only then, it will be possible to notice the unit between you and the Universe
